Front-end Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Front-End Developer with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in React.js and Next.js, and hands-on experience with WebRTC and LiveKit for real-time communication features. A strong focus on UI/UX and performance optimization is essential for this role. 

Note: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an on-site interview.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js. 
• Implement real-time communication features using WebRTC and LiveKit. 
• Collaborate with designers to build user-centric, high-quality interfaces. 
• Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions. 
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. 
• Work with APIs and integrate with back-end systems. 
• Debug and resolve front-end issues, ensuring stability and responsiveness. 
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. 
• 1.5 to 2 years of professional front-end development experience. 
• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js. 
• Hands-on experience with WebRTC and LiveKit. 
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. 
• Familiarity with front-end optimization techniques and tools. 
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles. 
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). 
• Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) best practices. 
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
