The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our ConvoiAI team. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our AI-powered voice automation platform using modern web technologies, real-time communication protocols, and advanced AI voice technologies.


Tech Stack You’ll Work With:


  • Frontend: React
  • Backend: FastAPI (Python)
  • Voice Communication: WebRTC, LiveKit, media servers
  • Voice AI: Voice cloning technologies (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT)
  • AI/RAG: Langchain, VectorDBs, RAG architecture
  • Databases: Relational and NoSQL systems
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement scalable frontend and backend components for voice agent workflows
  • Integrate real-time communication using WebRTC, LiveKit, and media server architectures
  • Build voice cloning pipelines and integrate lifelike synthetic voices into conversations
  • Develop AI-driven flows using Langchain, RAG techniques, and custom knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive voice UX
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain services in cloud environments with CI/CD pipelines
  • Contribute to system architecture and drive technical decisions


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Proficiency in React and FastAPI
  • Hands-on experience with WebRTC, media servers, and LiveKit
  • Experience with voice cloning technologies or speech synthesis APIs
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts, especially Retrieval-Augmented Generation
  • Exposure to both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a startup environment


Nice to Have:


  • Experience building or deploying voice assistants or chatbots
  • Knowledge of speech recognition, NLP, or TTS systems
  • Contributions to open-source AI or media server projects
