Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (2+ years of experience)
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React JS or Vue JS
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
- Expertise in SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Understanding of microservices architecture and event-based distributed systems
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to new frameworks and technologies as needed
- Design and develop scalable web applications focusing on both frontend and backend functionality.
- Implement RESTful microservices and event-based distributed systems.
- Integrate with third-party platforms and services.
- Collaborate with other engineers on cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement solutions accordingly.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Apply efficient solutions for automation using CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize databases and queries to ensure quick loading speeds on our websites and portals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks like React JS or Vue JS.
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
