You'll Work On Products That Are Transforming Learning
- TeachTap: Leverages AI to bring historical figures to life in a TikTok-like learning experience.
- TeachTales: Engages students with personalized, magical storytelling that boosts comprehension.
- TimeBack: Acts as a learning copilot that integrates with existing apps, proactively coaching students.
- Athena: Uses AI-generated videos and tests to deliver measurable academic outcomes.
If you're ready to solve complex technical challenges and deliver impactful features, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and Ship Full-Stack Features: Take user stories from idea to impact; clarify requirements, design scalable solutions, write backend and frontend code, test thoroughly, and ship to production
- Hunt Down and Fix Bugs: Investigate issues through root cause analysis, fix the real problems (not just symptoms), and guard against regressions with smart testing
- Raise the Bar on Code Quality: Review plans and pull requests to ensure clarity, simplicity, and correctness, blocking tech debt before it starts
- Building pixel-perfect UIs or complex backends just for their own sake
- Blindly implementing specs without understanding the problem
- Getting stuck in endless meetings discussing roadmaps and priorities or chasing people around
- Just shipping features; you'll be responsible for solving actual problems
- Using AI to build software that solves real user problems, ships fast, and stays maintainable long-term
- At least 4 years of experience writing production code for web applications' frontend and backend (any framework).
- Strong ownership: Demonstrated experience owning complete modules, product features, or teams, not just contributing siloed tasks
- Independent execution: The ability to unblock yourself, set your own pace, and find paths forward in ambiguous situations
- Experience in using generative A.I. in your day-to-day development work
