Full Stack Developer (React.js, React Native, Node.js)

About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team and work on a suite of dynamic digital products, including web platforms and cross-platform mobile applications.

You’ll collaborate with design and operations teams to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly systems from the ground up. Projects include internal tools, service platforms, and customer-facing applications all developed in a modern tech stack.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive web applications using React.js / Next.js

Build high-performance cross-platform mobile apps using React Native

Create and manage backend services using Node.js (Express or NestJS)

Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (auth, payments, notifications)

Optimize systems for scalability, performance, and clean architecture

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, project leads, and QA

Handle deployments, version control, and development pipelines

Required Skills

2–4+ years of experience with React.js, React Native, and Node.js

Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other modern databases

Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript

Familiarity with authentication systems (JWT, Firebase Auth, Auth0, etc.)

Solid understanding of API design and software architecture

Git workflow and deployment experience (CI/CD)

Bonus Points

Experience with dashboard and admin panel development

Knowledge of real-time systems (Socket.io, Firebase)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Render, Firebase, Vercel)

Background in building platforms in sectors like logistics, retail, health, or services
