Position: Full Stack Developer (Senior) – Remote

What You’ll Do

• Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, accessible user interfaces
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and real-time data processing pipelines
• Optimize application performance and scalability, including database design and query tuning
• Write clean, maintainable code and enforce best practices through code reviews and pair programming
• Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and help establish coding standards

Who You Are

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or you bring equivalent professional experience
• You have 5+ years of professional experience building full-stack applications in production environments
• You’re proficient with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end platforms (Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot)
• You possess strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and one or more back-end languages (Python, Java, or C#)
• You have hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and deployment technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• You’re comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment and using tools like Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless architectures and cloud services (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or GCP Cloud Run)
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time messaging systems (Redis Pub/Sub, Kafka)
• Prior work with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance-monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog)
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong technical blog presence
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and driving architecture decisions
