Full Stack Engineer – Crafting Scalable Web Solutions Remote | Full-time

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who's passionate about building web products that people actually use. You'll own features end-to-end, from crafting intuitive interfaces to designing robust backend systems.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll architect and ship full-stack features, turning product requirements into working software. When things break, you'll dig in and fix them. You'll collaborate closely with designers and fellow engineers to deliver polished, production-ready code.

Technical Requirements

On the frontend, you should be comfortable with React and have a strong grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript. For styling, we use tools like Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, or Ant Design, so experience there is valuable.

On the backend, you'll need hands-on Node.js experience and familiarity with PostgreSQL. You should also understand serverless architectures, whether that's Edge functions, AWS Lambda, or similar solutions.

Quality matters to us, so experience with testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright is important. You should also be familiar with production tooling such as Sentry for error monitoring and PostHog for analytics.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You've shipped web applications before, whether through work, freelance, or meaningful side projects. You write code that your future self (and teammates) can actually read. You're comfortable working independently but know when to ask for help. Git is second nature to you.

Bonus Points

Experience with containerisation (Docker), CI/CD workflows, API design, or web security fundamentals would be excellent additions.
