Full-Stack Frontend Developer with Strapi and Wordpress Experience

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a talented Full-Stack Frontend Developer to help us build, improve, and sell our existing proxy solutions. Youll be part of a remote, global team of 50+ individuals spanning the Philippines, Pakistan, the United States, and Canada. Weve handled billions of requests and empowered countless businesses with robust proxy services. We believe were just getting started and would love to see how you can help us grow further!

Core Hours & Benefits:

• Location: Philippines or Pakistan (remote)
• Core Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm Seattle Time
• Base Pay: $1,800/month

Responsibilities:

• Website Development: Lead the development and setup of our website, following best UI and UX design and SEO practices.
• Full-Stack Development: Implement both frontend and backend solutions for web applications and dashboards.
• Strapi/Wordpress: Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress and Strapi.
• UI/UX Focus: Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, and best customer experiences.
• Backend Integration: Work with APIs and server-side technologies (Python, PHP, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end services.
• Performance & Optimization: Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve simple and complex issues related to front-end frameworks, API integrations, and functionalities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other technical teams to integrate new features, enhancements, or performance improvements.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Maintain high standards for code quality, readability, and maintainability; conduct and participate in peer reviews.
• Innovation & Growth: Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, tools, and best practices to help drive product improvements.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Frontend Developer, showcasing strong UI/UX design capabilities.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with one or more modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Familiarity with back-end languages or frameworks (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.).
• Prior experience setting up and managing CMS-based or custom-built websites using Strapi and Wordpress.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working in a distributed team.
• Self-motivated, with a track record of delivering tasks independently.
