The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Web Developer with a strong command of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our small but growing team. You will lead the design and development of internal CRM systems, business portals, and admin dashboards to support both operational (internal) and client-facing projects (external)

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of system architecture, secure backend development, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations. In addition to the knowledge expertise, the candidate will bring lots of enthusiasm to learn about the exciting world of market research and bring a spirit of entrepreneurship to the team to support our fledgling start up. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Lahore, with close collaboration across fieldwork, data, and other research teams within the business so the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in team working along with great communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN stack
• Build responsive, modular frontends using React.js to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (e.g., SMS, email, payment gateways, scraping engines)

CRM & Portal Engineering

• Architect and implement a custom CRM system, including:
• Lead and contact management
• Activity tracking
• Role-based user access and permissions
• Email and SMS communication features
• Analytics and dashboard components
• Build admin panels and business-specific portals tailored to team workflows
• Ensure systems are optimised for performance, scalability, and maintainability

DevOps & Collaboration

• Collaborate with designers, data engineers, and researchers to align technical solutions with project goals
• Deploy applications using tools such as Git Docker and platforms like AWS or Vercel
• Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and security practices

Candidate Profile

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience with the MERN stack
• Proven track record in building CRM systems, admin panels, or internal tools
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, API integrations, and database design
• Proficiency in React.js with a focus on optimising UI/UX and component reusability
• Familiarity with deployment and version control using Git, Docker, and cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus if You Also Have

• Experience with CI/CD workflows and automated testing
• Knowledge of data visualisation libraries or charting tools (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js)
• Exposure to working in research, SaaS, or data-heavy environments
