We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FullStack MERN Developer with a strong foundation in both software development and project management. This role combines technical project oversight responsibilities, enabling the successful candidate to guide development projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will develop, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.


Requirements

  • Build and maintain applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and quality.
  • Review and test code, ensuring high standards in functionality, performance, and security.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the development team and clients or management, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and manage any changes in scope or requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for development, timelines, and other key aspects.
  • Define project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (including designers, front-end developers, and QA) to maintain project alignment.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and technical discussions with stakeholders.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and technical documentation.

Specifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in MERN development.
  • 1+ years in a project management role
  • Advanced proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like Express.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, API development, and RESTful services.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering them successfully.
