Role Summary
We seek a dedicated and experienced Social Media Executive with a strong background in FMCG fast-paced Consumer Goods) and E-commerce industries. As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day social media activities of the company, performing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Your role will drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, experience in FMCG/e-commerce, and proficiency in social media analytics. The selected candidate must work according to Canadian hours to ensure alignment with the team and operations. The shift timing will be from 5 PM to 1 AM PK time.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Social media management
- Implement the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars, ensuring regular and engaging posts that align with the brand's voice and target audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and standard methodologies to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Social media campaigns
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns, including paid advertisements and organic promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies, set campaign objectives, and allocate budgets effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Social media analytics and reporting
- you have hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and sprinklr to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and click-through rates.
- Generate regular reports summarizing social media performance, trends, and insights.
- Find opportunities for improvement based on data analysis and provide recommendations for content and campaign optimization.
- Monitor competitor social media activities and industry trends to stay informed and make proactive recommendations.
- Collaborative cross-functional partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, content, and customer support teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Provide input and ideas for integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that demonstrate social media channels.
- Work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concerns raised through social media platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, features, and standard methodologies in social media and FMCG/E-commerce industries.
- Continuously explore new social media platforms and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- proven experience in social media management, with a focus on FMCG and E-commerce industries.
- Consistent record of implementing successful social media campaigns and handling social media platforms effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and standard methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
