• Developed code modules integrating state-of-the-art LLMs into applications (e.g., customer support chatbots, API integrations)
• Augmented legacy systems with predictive analytics or personalized recommendation capabilities using automated AI solutions

What You Will Be Doing

• Building New AI Products and Features: Fine-tune LLMs to develop entirely new AI-driven products and discrete modules that integrate seamlessly into current solutions or serve as the foundation for brand-new offerings, as demonstrated by our team's recent work with www.eloquens.ai

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code first and then use AI tools to validate or refine your work, rather than the reverse, then this role is not for you)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a full-stack developer (you must possess both front-end and back-end coding capabilities)
• Extensive experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Demonstrated experience implementing Generative AI solutions that produced significant quantitative impact
• Proven experience applying different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
• A clear understanding of when and why to select particular LLM models for different use cases

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
