IT and digital solutions company providing services in software development, AI, digital marketing, and automation systems. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee operations, strategy, and team performance at our Pakistan branch in Lahore.

Job Description:

The General Manager will lead daily operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with Analytica’s strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive productivity across departments including HR, sales, and technical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operations of the Pakistan office.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and monitor department heads (HR, Sales, Technical, Marketing).
• Ensure smooth project execution, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Maintain communication and coordination with the UAE headquarters.
• Manage budgeting, expenses, and performance KPIs.
• Foster a results-driven, professional, and positive work culture.

Requirements:

• Education: MBA/BBA or equivalent degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Experience: 6–10 years in a senior management or leadership role (preferably in IT, software, or digital sectors).
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and HR coordination.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
