Job Overview:
As a Tag Manager at muSharp, you will be responsible for implementing and managing tags across our digital platforms, ensuring accurate data capture for user behavior, conversions, and performance insights. Collaborating with marketing, analytics, web development teams, and third-party agencies, you will troubleshoot data discrepancies, optimize tracking, and ensure compliance with best practices. Your expertise will be key in refining marketing strategies and business decisions. If you thrive on problem-solving, precision, and data-driven optimization, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and optimize tags across muSharp’s websites, analytics tools, and marketing platforms.
- Audit and test tag performance to ensure accurate data capture and seamless integration.
- Work closely with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, OneTrust, and other key platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to align tagging strategies with business goals.
- Ensure tags support campaign tracking, conversion measurement, and user behavior analysis.
- Stay up to date with best practices, compliance regulations (including cookie management), and emerging digital trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of working experience in digital analytics, web tracking, or a related field, with a strong understanding of tag management.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or other relevant analytics platforms are a plus will be preferred.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail to troubleshoot and optimize tracking performance.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and analytics teams.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and website analytics is a plus.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
