BAT GLOBAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PAKISTAN IS LOOKING FOR A GRADUATE ASSOCIATE – TRADE CAPABILITIES

JOB TITLE: Graduate Associate – Trade Capabilities (6 months contract)

FUNCTION: Marketing – Customer

LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

You will support the Trade Capabilities team by supporting in the operations and ensuring solid project and stakeholder management. This includes good understanding of Trade Capabilities and End to End Project Management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Support Project Leads in communication and coordination with POCs across all Towers on GBS Learning Powerhouse.
• Compiling, saving, and organizing data received from POCs in a centrally shared folder.
• Help with meeting planning, minute-taking, coordination, and execution.
• Assist with graphic design, branding and drafting communications.
• Develop new skills and knowledge on currently available digital software to support in creating digitized content against each process modules.
• Assist project managers and team members with general project tasks and deliverables.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe or Canva and video editing tools for module development.
• Strong content creation and development abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• People-oriented with the ability to effectively influence others.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise.
• Experienced in creating dashboards, generating reports, and leveraging data insights.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI.
