Job Title: Graphic Designer

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a flair for creating stunning designs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, an understanding of current design trends, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual content. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality designs that enhance our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Create visually appealing content such as banners, brochures, infographics, advertisements, and email templates.
• Ensure all designs align with the brands identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Maintain and uphold the consistency of the brands visual identity across all channels.
• Assist in the development and refinement of brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
• Conduct research to create designs that are both innovative and relevant to the target audience.
• Deliver high-quality, error-free designs that meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct regular reviews of design outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  
  
  

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva for quick design tasks is a plus.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
  
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
• Experience with UI/UX design or website graphics.

What We Offer:

• Performance-Based Monthly Commission: Varies between 50-100% of monthly salary.
• Quarterly Bonuses: Equivalent to 50% of monthly salary (totaling 14 months pay annually).
