Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer / Video Editor at SQUATWOLF, you will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce stunning visual assets that resonate with our global audience. You will be responsible for supporting content creation across multiple channels, helping strengthen the brand identity and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Create Content
- Develop static and motion visuals for social media, website, email, and campaigns
- Create engaging content (carousels, reels, GIFs) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.
- Align visuals with campaign goals and brand identity
- Ensure assets follow platform specs and best practices
Edit Videos & Visual Storytelling
- Turn raw footage into polished videos for ads, launches, and social media
- Add motion graphics, sound, captions, and transitions to boost engagement
- Edit in various formats for different platforms
- Maintain our bold, energetic brand tone
Product Imagery & Video Editing
- Retouch and color-correct e-commerce images and videos
- Ensure visual consistency across product collections
- Meet marketplace and website requirements
Design Digital Assets
- Create banners, lookbooks, and visuals for ads and web
- Design high-conversion creatives for Meta/Google ads
- Work with marketing to optimize visuals for performance
Manage Creative Assets
- Keep files organized using proper naming and folder systems
- Maintain a clean library of templates, footage, and final assets
- Ensure easy access and regular backups
Collaborate with the Creative Team
- Join brainstorms, briefings, and reviews
- Communicate clearly about timelines and tasks
- Support the team with feedback and ideas
Stay Ahead of Trends
- Explore trends in design, video, fitness, fashion, and e-comm
- Share inspiration and suggest fresh visual approaches
- Test new tools and editing styles
Keep Our Brand Consistent
- Follow brand guidelines across all content
- Check visuals for quality, tone, and accuracy
- Proactively flag and fix any visual inconsistencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and e-commerce photo editing (internship/freelance experience counts).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce product photo editing (retouching, cropping, color correction, color matching).
- Solid eye for detail, composition, typography, color grading, and brand aesthetics.
- Basic motion graphics skills for social media and digital ads.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for fitness, fashion, and lifestyle branding is a big plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to take feedback positively.
