Edulytic is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing a variety of design projects across branding, digital, print, and multimedia. They will collaborate with respective team members to deliver compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence.


Responsibilities

  • Revisit the current brand guidelines, identify improvements and lead the implementation of mutually decided changes.
  • Ensure consistency across all touch points.
  • Create visual identities, logos, and brand assets for new initiatives and product lines.
  • Ensure brand coherence across internal and external communications.
  • Design high-quality graphics for social media campaigns, digital ads, and promotional content.
  • Create print collateral for events, seminars, physical and digital marketing campaigns (e.g., brochures, posters, banners).
  • Take full ownership of editing responsibilities for all content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce visually engaging graphics as per the requirements.
  • Design visually appealing graphics for internal communications as and when needed.
  • Support internal teams with design needs for newsletters, announcements, and communication materials.
  • Design user-centric interfaces and layouts for website and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with relevant person responsible for web designing and implement responsive , visually appealing web designs.
  • Optimise web assets to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Design static and motion graphics for video content, including intros, transitions, and overlays.
  • Collaborate with video production teams to develop cohesive visual narratives
  • Create responsive and visually engaging email templates for marketing and internal communications.
  • Ensure email designs align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
  • Along with these, your role will be subject to additional responsibilities as agreed mutually between you and your reporting manager.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 or plus years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio across digital, print, and multimedia
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience with WordPress and knowledge of front-end web design best practices.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Motion graphics and video editing experience is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for better collaboration with web developers.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
