About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense and hands-on experience in creating engaging digital designs for branding, social media, marketing, and UI/UX interfaces. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to bring design concepts to life and contribute to enhancing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Design eye-catching graphics for social media, digital ads, and internal communication

ii. Support the creation of UI/UX layouts and mobile/web app mockups

iii. Develop brand-consistent visual assets for marketing and product needs

iv. Design presentations, infographics, and illustrations

vi. Assist in video editing and motion graphics (if skilled)

vii. Handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines

viii. Stay updated with design trends and tools

Requirements:

i. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

ii. 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design

iii. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and either Figma or Adobe XD

iv. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

v. Ability to visualize and simplify complex ideas into appealing designs

vi. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Skills:

i. Familiarity with UI/UX design tools and basic prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD)

ii. Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

iii. Awareness of modern digital, web, and mobile design trends

iv. Experience collaborating with marketing or development teams
