Graphic Designer (Part-time)

Arbisoft is seeking a talented and creative part-time Graphic Designer with brand identity and social media design expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that help build the company's brand and engage with its audience on social media platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the employer branding and creative teams to ensure the development of cohesive and effective visual communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including logos, typography, color schemes, and visual style guidelines
• Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, animations, and videos for various platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with employer branding and creative teams to develop creative campaigns and materials that align with the brand identity and messaging
• Design and produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and presentations
• Develop and design assets for websites, landing pages, and other digital marketing channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and integrate them into the company's visual identity and social media strategy
• Manage and organize design files, maintain consistent branding across all materials, and ensure files are easily accessible for team members

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in graphic design with a focus on brand identity and social media
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign),
• Proficient in Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, social media design, and marketing collateral
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Experience in designing for both print and digital media
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices, and experience designing for various social media platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
