Graphic & UI/UX Designer

• Create engaging social media posts that reflect our brand and resonate with our audience.
• Design visually appealing images for newsletters and blog posts to enhance our communication efforts.
• Develop original illustrations that align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Design informative brochures and printable materials that effectively communicate our services and offerings.
• Produce both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs to visualize concepts and ideas.
• Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and user interactions.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Design seamless user experiences by focusing on usability and accessibility.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision).
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Strong understanding of typography and layout design principles.
• Proficient in applying color theory to enhance visual appeal and branding.
• Familiarity with basic animation and motion design principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for better collaboration with developers.
• Knowledge of design accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate ideas clearly
