Job Summary: Sortitt is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital and print design, social media content, and UI/UX elements. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and website assets.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that enhances brand visibility.
• Work on UI/UX design elements for web and mobile interfaces.
• Create info graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets as needed.
• Edit and enhance images and videos for promotional purposes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, Figma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience in UI/UX design and website layout is a plus.
• Ability to create motion graphics and video edits is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
