HireGummy helps businesses in Australia and the US hire experienced remote talent at a fraction of local hiring costs. We are at a stage where the foundation is strong and now we are looking for someone who can take ownership of growth and consistently drive qualified inbound and outbound leads.


Role Overview

We are looking for a senior growth professional who can take HireGummy to the next level. This role is focused on building predictable lead flow through organic growth, automations, and paid channels. You will own a growth strategy end to end and be expected to execute, test, optimise, and scale what works.

This is not a support role. You will play a key part in shaping how HireGummy grows.


Key Responsibilities


  • You will own website optimisation on WordPress, including performance, structure, and conversion optimisation. This includes building and improving landing pages, improving UI and UX, and making the website more engaging and conversion focused.
  • You will be responsible for building strong organic growth channels including SEO and AI search visibility, ensuring HireGummy ranks and is discoverable across platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI driven search experiences.
  • You will own GoHighLevel automations and funnels, setting up workflows that maximise lead capture, nurturing, follow ups, and appointment booking. You should know how to fully leverage GHL beyond basic pipelines.
  • You will plan and execute LinkedIn outreach at scale using automation tools such as Waalaxy. This includes campaign setup, copy testing, targeting, warm up strategies, and booking qualified appointments.
  • You will run and optimise Facebook and Google Ads with a strong focus on minimising CPC while maintaining lead quality. You should understand targeting, creatives, landing pages, tracking, and conversion optimisation.
  • You will support and guide the internal social media manager where needed to ensure content aligns with growth and lead generation goals.
  • You will actively post and manage LinkedIn content for branding, authority, trust, and audience growth, both from the company page and leadership profiles where required.
  • You will continuously test new growth ideas and channels and turn insights into repeatable systems.


What We Are Looking For

  •  Proven experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or service based businesses.
  • Strong hands on experience with SEO and organic growth, including modern AI search optimisation.
  • Deep experience with GoHighLevel automations and funnel building.
  • Advanced understanding of LinkedIn automation tools, especially Waalaxy, and appointment setting workflows.
  • Strong paid ads experience across Meta and Google with a clear understanding of cost control and lead quality.
  • Someone who thinks in systems, not one off campaigns.
  • A self driven professional who can work independently and take full ownership of growth outcomes.

  •  A consistent flow of qualified inbound and outbound leads.
  • Reduced dependency on purely paid acquisition over time through strong organic channels.
  • Well built automations that allow the business to scale without bottlenecks.
  • Improved brand trust and authority through LinkedIn presence.


Candidates need to upload their portfolio where should clearly show how they have ranked some businesses before (on google and AI tools) and also share their facebook ads portfolio showing the budget they managed, incoming leads, CPR and everything else that can be included
