Job Opening: Business Development Executive

Location: Paragon City, Lahore

Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Salary: Up to PKR 150,000


About the Role:

CommerceKind is looking for a smart, proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, strategic outreach, and building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term growth

Convert qualified leads into successful sales with a consultative approach

Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals

Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions


Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales

Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus

Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts
