Roles And Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for executing and implementing all activities assigned by Line Manager, AM/ DM and must be able to manage and supervise NMS teams for assigned tasks.
Able to assist AM/ DM and Manager effectively in carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting, testing along with augmentation of grid related equipment.
Must be capable of reading & understanding electrical (control & protection) drawings/ schemes as per instructions of immediate superiors.
Should be well-aware with usage/handling of all the essential maintenance tools and testing equipment etc.
Should be capable of maintaining discipline among the staff to deal with intra-departmental correspondence and capable of effective Internal & External Stakeholder Management.
Should be able to work under pressure and odd hours movement at grids.
Have complete knowledge of safety rules and precautions and must be able to follow these rules and regulations.
Must have basic knowledge of computer, including MS Office and able to keep/ maintain the record of all the maintenance activities being performed at grids in coordination with line management.
Education
B. Tech/ DAE in Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent from HEC recognized institute.
Post Qualification Experience
At least 3-4 years in a public sector utility or in a process industry will be preferred; however other experience holders are also encouraged to apply.
