Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests and visitors. Strong interpersonal skills, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to effectively manage front desk operations and guest relations are essential for this position.
Job Responsibilities
- :Welcome and greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- .Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- .Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
- .Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services
- .Maintain a log of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement
- .Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff ensuring smooth operations
- .Receiving incoming mail and promptly distributing it to the relevant receiver
- .Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of both incoming and outgoing emails
- .Handling the scheduling and booking of meetings
- .Provide comprehensive administrative support for any activities related to the overall administration of the office
