Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests and visitors. Strong interpersonal skills, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to effectively manage front desk operations and guest relations are essential for this position.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services.
  • Maintain a log of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff ensuring smooth operations.
  • Receiving incoming mail and promptly distributing it to the relevant receiver.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of both incoming and outgoing emails
  • Handling the scheduling and booking of meetings.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for any activities related to the overall administration of the office.

  • Proficiency in using front desk software and office equipment.

  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


Experience:

  • Minimum: 2-3 years
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a guest relations/front desk operations or administrative role is preferred


Education/Qualification:

  • Minimum: Bachelors
  • Preferred:Masters
