Head Business And Marketing Alliance
Position Overview:
The Head business and marketing alliance for Consumer Sales will lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives in the consumer market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating key partnerships, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, market analysis, and relationship management, with a focus on consumer products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Experience in business alliances in consumer finance
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
· Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
· Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation.
· Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· Banking experience of leading consumer business
· Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role, preferably in the consumer finance.
· Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
