Vacancy Description

  • Strategy Development


Lead the development and execution of FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan’s corporate communication strategy to enhance reputation and employer brand. Ensure consistent leadership communication, support CEO messaging, and drive innovation across internal and external channels. Develop sustainability communication, manage corporate PR, and steer special projects and innovation roadmaps in partnership with the leadership team. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.

  • Stakeholder Management


Serve as the single point of communication to ensure alignment across all internal and external stakeholders. Build, protect, and elevate the corporate brand and reputation across the ecosystem. Influence stakeholders to support change, align with key decisions, and strengthen engagement through clear, consistent messaging.

  • Implementation & Execution


Oversee execution of internal and external communication plans aligned with the global strategy. Lead strategic communication projects that build internal pride and external visibility. Manage channels and content, ensure brand governance, and lead crisis communication with the PR agency. Govern and support company-wide special projects and innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business deliverables and strategic priorities.

  • Capability Building


Strengthen the internal communications infrastructure and position the function as a strategic partner. Guide the organization on emerging communication trends and best practices. Support capability building in project management, content development, and communication processes. Provide leadership teams with insights, tools, and recommendations to drive impactful storytelling and earned media.
