Requirements:
- 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 to 4 years in a senior leadership role managing the full HR spectrum.
- Proven experience in large-scale, labor-intensive industries such as Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality, with oversight of multi-site operations and large workforce management.
- Hands-on experience in organizational transformation initiatives (restructuring, cultural change, HR digitalization).
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, labor laws, and compliance.
- Expertise in compensation structuring, total rewards strategy, HR KPIs, analytics, and HRIS systems.
- Skilled in learning & development frameworks, career progression, upskilling programs, and performance management systems.
- High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, ethical judgment, and the ability to mentor and develop HR teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Experience in developing employer branding strategies and representing the company at talent forums and academic partnerships.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans; drive organization-wide transformation initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements while monitoring HR KPIs for data-driven decisions.
- Build robust recruitment strategies, forecast workforce needs, and implement succession planning for leadership pipelines.
- Design competitive compensation structures and total rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Establish training, career development, and employee upskilling programs; implement performance management systems linking individual goals to organizational targets.
- Drive engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and retention strategies to foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Strengthen the companys reputation as an employer of choice through branding initiatives, job fairs, and academic partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related strategies.
