The client company is a leading software development company based in Lahore, committed to delivering innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Summary:

The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role will involve managing the HR team, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labour laws while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
    • Partner with senior management to identify HR needs and provide solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
    • Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent in the software industry.
    • Implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
    • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Performance Management:
    • Design and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
    • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Compliance & Policy Development:
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
    • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Oversee the compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness.
    • Conduct salary reviews and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Identify training and development needs and create programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Support succession planning and career development initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the software or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business performance.
  • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
