Head of Internal Audit

• Lead the Internal Audit department and implement a Risk-Based Internal Audit Methodology focused on value addition and process improvement
• Develop and execute the annual audit plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and risk management framework
• Conduct end-to-end audits, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up on management actions
• Identify and assess key risks and controls across various business processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and present findings to senior management and the Audit Committee
• Ensure the department remains updated on best practices in internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance
• Build and manage a high-performing internal audit team, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth
• Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risks effectively

Qualification

• Freshly qualified ACA (ICAP) with mandatory articleship from a Big4 audit firm. No other qualifications will be considered
• Experience{{:}} Demonstrated expertise in internal audit, risk-based auditing, and report drafting during articleship and post-qualification experience (if any
)
