We are looking to hire a Head of Operations to oversee and optimize our company’s operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong managerial skills to oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless coordination between departments. The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing and supervising key departments, including HR, Finance, Administration, Sales, and other operational teams, ensuring they function efficiently to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and business growth.
- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring all departments work cohesively toward company objectives.
- Lead and supervise HR, Finance, Administration, Sales, and other operational teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow optimizations across departments.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, budgeting, and cost management to maintain financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement talent management strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Work closely with Finance to oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting for sustainable growth.
- Ensure the Administration department maintains smooth office operations, procurement, and compliance with regulations.
- Support the Sales team by optimizing processes, setting KPIs, and improving lead conversion strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess and improve business performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
- Oversee risk management strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a leadership role overseeing multiple departments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Experience in managing HR, Finance, Admin, and Sales teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management, ERP, CRM, and business intelligence software.
- Strong financial and analytical skills to manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
