Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Masters is a strong plus).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality raw materials.
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure products are prepared efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all production targets and deadlines are met.
- Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to stores and customers.
- Develop and manage the supply chain and production budget.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or efficiency.
- Ensure all supply chain and production activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in supply chain and production operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, integrating new technologies and methodologies where appropriate.
- Lead a team of supply chain and production.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
