As part of this strategic expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Training and Development to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge training programs that bridge vocational training with academic excellence.
Position Overview
The Head of Training and Development will spearhead XAD Technologies' education initiatives, ensuring alignment with our mission to blend vocational expertise with academic excellence. This is a senior leadership role that will shape the future of our training programs, faculty development, curriculum design, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the overall training and development strategy aligned with XADs growth in the academic education sector.
Curriculum & Program Design:
Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of vocational and academic training programs to meet industry needs and regulatory standards.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all training content and delivery methods meet accreditation standards and educational quality benchmarks.
Faculty Development:
Design and lead professional development programs for faculty and instructional staff.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with industry leaders, academic institutions, and certifying bodies to ensure training relevance and recognition.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Implement robust feedback and evaluation systems to assess training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of trainers, curriculum developers, and support staff.

Requirements
- Masters degree or higher in Education, Human Resource Development, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in training and development within vocational or academic institutions.
- Deep understanding of competency-based education, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing educational programs and teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accreditation bodies and processes is highly desirable.
