Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Practice and implementation of company's HSE policy
- Recommend Best practices for Health and Safety in Plant and Warehouses
- Ensure the compliance of all advised Health and Safety practices across Plant and Warehouse
- Execution of Projects & Initiatives related to Health and Safety
- Daily Monitoring & Reporting for Safety Hazards, Accidents, Incidents & Asset Damages
- Carry out Occupational Health & Safety Audits & Visits.
- Responsible to calculate and report different Health and Safety KPIs on timely basis accurately.
- Train the plant and warehouse workforce on different Health and safety topics and practices.
- Responsible to execute the Standards, Procedures pertaining to ISO45001 and ensure their compliance.
- Conduct Formal Closure of LTI Investigation Reports
- Keep HSE Dashboard up to date.
- Monitor Air Quality Index at Plant
- Should be well versed in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail.
- Participate and prepare for Monthly Health and Safety Meeting.
- Communication to stakeholders for implementation of Health and Safety Practices.
- Any other job assigned by Manager.
- Should have basic communication & teamwork skills
