Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and motivation to achieve goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to monitor performance and address concerns.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages team development.
  
  

Operational Oversight

• Oversee processes in your specialized area(s): RCM, insurance verification, prior authorization, or medical billing.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling claims, verifications, authorizations, or billing tasks.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for greater efficiency.
  
  

Client And Compliance Management

• Act as the primary contact for client interactions, ensuring their requirements are met.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for audit readiness.
  
  

Reporting And Analysis

• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Analyze trends, identify issues, and propose solutions to improve team and process performance.
  
  

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field (preferred).
  
  

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in RCM, insurance verification, prior authorization, or medical billing.
• At least 1-2 years in a leadership role is preferred.
  
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, billing codes, insurance processes, and payer policies.
• Proficient in relevant tools like RCM platforms, EMR/EHR systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
