Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate home solutions (e.g., energy-saving upgrades, security systems, remodeling services, smart home products).
- Prepare and present customized quotes or proposals.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.
- Coordinate with internal departments (installation, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license (if field visits are required).
- Background in solar energy, HVAC, security systems, or smart home technology.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with local housing regulations and permits.
