HR Admin Trainee

We are looking for a proactive HR Admin Trainee with a passion for HR and administrative tasks. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Support administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized files.
• Handle employee queries and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-6 months of industry experience in HR or administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
