What you’ll do:
- Partner with managers and teams to support day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Assist in implementing compensation structures, benefits programs, and career progression frameworks
- Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Support special HR projects, training initiatives, and employee experience programs
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and labor law compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving team
