- You have strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- You are a good communicator (also in English), have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to build and maintain effective relationships within Siegwerk.
- You are experienced in handling employee relations issues and conflicts.
- You are used to work with an HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
