Your Tasks As HR Business Partner

• You implement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• You manage recruitment processes to attract talents.
• You oversee the implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors software for HR operations.
• You administer payroll as well as grading systems.
• You work together with external trainers to develop training programs to enhance employees.
• You are responsible for topics regarding compensation & benefits as well as engagement & retention
• You work together with our HR teams based in Turkey and in the headquarters in Germany.
  
  

Your Profile As HR Business Partner

• Based on your university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field, you have gained several years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering.
• You have strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• You are a good communicator (also in English), have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to build and maintain effective relationships within Siegwerk.
• You are experienced in handling employee relations issues and conflicts.
• You are used to work with an HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
