Role Overview

The HR Executive specializing in Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for managing payroll, developing and maintaining cost-to-company (CTC) reports, and ensuring the company’s compensation practices align with policies and compliance requirements. This role will focus on accuracy, timely execution, and providing insights to support strategic HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and market benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure compensation and benefits align with organizational goals.

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including all statutory deductions and compliance requirements.
  • Address payroll queries and discrepancies from employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and ensure system accuracy.

Cost To Company Reporting

  • Prepare detailed CTC breakdowns for employees and management.
  • Maintain and update CTC structures for existing and new hires.
  • Provide analytical insights on CTC trends, costs, and optimization opportunities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly HR dashboards related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity in the HRIS and payroll systems.

Policy Development & Communication

  • Support the creation and communication of compensation-related policies.
  • Educate employees about benefits programs and assist them in enrollment processes.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Stay updated with labor laws and taxation regulations related to payroll and benefits.
  • Ensure all compensation practices adhere to compliance standards and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll software.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and payroll systems.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in payroll calculations and reporting.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze compensation data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for employee and management interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective in addressing payroll and benefits-related issues promptly.
