We’re Hiring: HR Intern (Paid Internship leading to job)

Are you passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment? We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team and support our recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in Human Resources!


Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Help onboard new employees and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

Support payroll and benefits administration tasks.

Handle administrative tasks related to HR policies and procedures.

Assist in drafting HR reports and documents.

Work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.


Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
