As an HR Intern, you will assist in day-to-day HR tasks like supporting the recruitment process and employee record management. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:


  • Respond to internal and external HR-related queries and provide assistance or redirect as necessary.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc.
  • Provide support for the completion of various official documents.
  • Support in maintaining HR department records ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and manage the hiring process for various projects e.g. (Fresh graduate programs and internship programs). This will include CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, and data entry in the Applicant Tracking System.


Required Skills


  • Must have excellent English communication skills verbal and written
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Ms. Word)
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to establish and maintain congenial work relationships
  • Efficient and constructive Time Management
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiatives


Experience: Fresh Graduates


Qualifications: BBA/MBA/MHRM
