Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
• Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions
• Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and other documentation
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements
• Support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws
  
  

Requirements/Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
