Sanaullah & Co., a leading tax, corporate, and financial advisory firm with 15 years of excellence, is seeking a professional and competent, result driven and self-motivated Human Resource Intern (Female) to assist in executing day-to-day HR activities and initiatives.

- Assist in the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support the onboarding process of new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction coordination.
- Help in drafting and formatting HR documents such as job descriptions, offer letters, and employee records.
- Maintain and update HR data in the Human Resource Information System (Odoo) and physical files.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and assist in routine administrative support.
- Participate in HR projects related to performance management, training, and policy updates.
- Familiarity with HRIS software or Odoo HR Module.
- Understanding of basic HR functions like recruitment, payroll, employee relations, or learning & development.
- Interest in organizational psychology, workplace culture, or HR analytics.
- Mentorship from experienced HR professionals and exposure to strategic HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in a professional services environment.
- Practical understanding of HR tools, documentation, and organizational processes.
- Internship certificate and potential full-time opportunity based on performance.
