Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at EvolveDash. This is an internship opportunity for 3 to 4 days a week, where you will gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and learn about the inner workings of a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Conduct initial interviews and assist in the selection process
• Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
• Maintain employee records and ensure all necessary documents are up to date
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and team building activities
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
• Participate in employee performance evaluations
• Assist in handling employee relations and resolving any issues that may arise
• Conduct research on HR best practices and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist in other HR related tasks and projects as needed
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field of HR
• Must be available to work 3 to 4 days a week at our office in Lahore, Pakistan
