The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and benefits data.
- Assist in performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR initiatives.
- Ensure timely issuance of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, warning, etc.).
- Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies.
- Support in maintaining harmonious relations between management and employees/workers.
- Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with government bodies, labour departments, and external stakeholders when required.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant HR / IR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and IR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and processes.
- Problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
