Our client Crescent Corporation is looking for a HR Manager in Lahore.
Crescent Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Manager with 3 to 4 years of demonstrated expertise in human resources functions to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR information systems. This role focuses on managing core HR processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager coordinates candidate sourcing, conflict resolution, and negotiation strategies to support organizational growth and employee development. Although this position does not require managing a team, it requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with various departments and employees within the company.
The HR Manager is tasked with promoting a fair and compliant workplace while implementing effective HR policies that align with Crescent Corporations values and goals. This includes overseeing employee relations, identifying staffing needs, and ensuring the performance review processes are clearly communicated and consistently applied. The successful candidate will manage HR data and maintain accurate records via HR information systems, providing essential insights and reports that assist leadership. The role demands a proactive and detail-oriented approach to resolving employee issues and negotiating terms that benefit both parties, supporting the overall success of the company.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.Manage performance management processes including setting performance standards, facilitating reviews, and supporting employee development plans.Operate and maintain HR information systems to ensure accurate employee data and generate regular reports for management.Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies, updating practices as needed to reflect regulatory changes.Handle conflict resolution by mediating disputes and providing guidance to employees and management to foster a positive work environment.Source potential candidates through various channels and conduct initial screening to identify suitability for open positions.Negotiate employment terms and conditions with prospective candidates and support onboarding procedures to integrate new employees effectively.Maintain open lines of communication with different departments to understand staffing needs and employee concerns.Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to HR processes and regulatory compliance.Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture by promoting transparent and respectful workplace interactions.Prepare and analyze HR reports, including turnover rates, staffing metrics, and other key performance indicators.Implement and maintain recordkeeping systems to ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
